Your SmartWebsite Pro plan includes website maintenance and edits. This guide explains what changes are included, what falls outside scope, and how to submit requests.


What’s Included

Standard Edits (Included in All Plans)

These edits are included at no extra charge:

How to Submit a Request

  1. Go to help.getamplifiedmkg.com
  2. Click “Submit Request” or chat with support
  3. Describe your edit in detail
  4. Attach any images, copy, or reference materials
  5. We’ll confirm receipt and timeline

Option 2: Email

Email your account manager or support@smartwebsitepro.io with:

  • Page(s) to edit
  • Specific changes needed
  • Any assets (images, logos, copy)

Option 3: Dashboard

If enabled, submit edit requests directly from your SmartWebsite Pro dashboard under “Support” or “Website Edits.”

Tips for Smooth Edits

  • One request per submission (easier to track)

Avoid This

  • Vague requests (“make it look better”)
  • Multiple unrelated changes in one request
  • Low-resolution images
  • Last-minute changes without notice

After submitting:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation
  2. We may ask clarifying questions
  3. You’ll be notified when complete
  4. Review and let us know if adjustments needed

No hard limit for reasonable use. Routine edits are unlimited. If you’re redesigning every week, we’ll discuss a project scope.

Can I edit the website myself?

The site is managed by our team to maintain quality and SEO. This ensures consistency and prevents accidental issues.

How do I provide new images?

Email them, upload to a shared drive, or attach to your support request. High-resolution images work best.

What if I need a major change?

Contact us to discuss. Major projects are quoted separately but can often be accommodated.

Can changes be reversed?

Yes. If you change your mind, let us know and we can revert edits.
